I watched the video on how to create a form. I created a survey and I am hoping to hear back on it tomorrow. I hope that I completed this task correctly. I kept going back and forth watching the video and creating the form. I want to see my results before I try another form. I wrote down the directions on how to get back to my form just in case I forget.
I am really excited about practicing creating more forms. I mean look at all the possibilities! I could use this form to send out surveys to students and parents.
